I started knitting as a toddler, helping my mother knit bandages and scarves for soldiers during World War II. As a teenager, I graduated to argyle socks for my boyfriends. Eventually, I started designing my own sweaters and other apparel.
My practice of creating my own patterns and my love of fiber took me to new levels of technical competence and artistic flair. At the Sonoma County Fair, I have won several blue ribbons and a coveted “Best of Show” award.
My sweaters have become quite popular. Because of their classic designs and high-quality yarns, with proper care, they become treasured family heirloom.
